1) Making a Purchase
To make sure you have the highest level of security, your payment
details are automatically encrypted when you enter them. You can pay for
your online order using Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, JCB,
Delta, Switch and Solo cards. Please note we do not accept AMEX.
Most deliveries are posted through Royal Mail and time scales are subject
to Royal Mail process and availability. However, we do aim to get your
order to you within 3-5 working days. We only accept online orders from
within the UK, so please contact us by phone or email for international
orders and delivery. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or
shipping agent addresses.
As Orbana™ is a food product, we do not take returns. However, should
you have any problems, questions or comments, please let us know at +44
(0)20 7581 8972. If you would like to change or amend your order after
completing your purchase, please contact us immediately. We can address
you request up until the point of dispatch. However, once your order has
left our premises for delivery, it will not be eligible for return.
